Editorial Policy

Purpose

Your Local Circuit highlights local businesses, entrepreneurs, community voices, events, culture and stories, beginning with New Jersey and expanding gradually throughout the Tri-State area.

Editorial Independence

Editorial coverage is selected based on relevance, audience value, newsworthiness, community interest and fit with the show. Purchasing advertising or sponsorship does not guarantee favorable editorial coverage.

Sponsored Content and Product Placement

Paid sponsorships, product placements and promotional collaborations should be clearly distinguished from independent editorial coverage when disclosure is appropriate.

Submissions

Community, business and event submissions are suggestions for editorial review. Submission does not guarantee publication, an interview, an episode appearance or endorsement.

Accuracy and Corrections

We aim to present information accurately and fairly. Material factual errors may be corrected after review. Correction requests can be submitted through the Contact page with enough detail to identify the content and issue.

Conflicts and Relationships

Relevant financial, sponsorship or partnership relationships should be disclosed when they could reasonably affect how an audience interprets the content.

Removal and Updates

Published content may be updated, archived or removed when circumstances change, information becomes outdated, rights issues arise or continued publication no longer serves the audience.
